Refunds & cancellations
Every Wanderbook is printed to order, just for you. That shapes what we can and can't undo, so here's the policy in plain English.
Cancelling an order. Changed your mind? Email support@wanderbook.in with your order number before printing starts and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. We confirm by email when an order moves to print.
Once printing starts. From that point the book physically exists, with your photos in it, and nobody else can buy it. So we can't accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations after printing begins. That's the standard rule for custom-made goods.
Damaged, misprinted or faulty books. That's on us, always. If your book arrives damaged, has a printing or binding fault, or isn't the design you approved, email a photo of the problem to support@wanderbook.in within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free reprint or give you a full refund. Your choice.
Check your preview. The book is printed exactly as it looks in your preview, so the cover text, the year, and every photo are worth a second look before you order. A typo that's in the preview is, sadly, also in the book.
How refunds reach you. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We start the refund as soon as it's agreed; banks typically take 5–10 working days to show it.
